Common Questions
-
Great question! The person running your event on-site, while absolutely crucial to the flow of the day, is not your wedding planner. They are in charge of the venue, the catering, and their staff. The bridal attendant is responsible for making sure you are fed, hydrated, have your lipstick on deck, fluff your veil, and serves as a support system for the couple throughout the day.
In the same vein, the florist is worried about the flowers, the photographer is responsible for the photos, the DJ is concerned about the music.
WE are the only people that are hired for YOU. We are your advocates to make sure this day goes exactly as you worked so hard to plan. In our time of working together, we learn about your priorities, your concerns, what you’re excited about, what you want to avoid. We know every detail of this wedding and execute it to perfection.

Yes! Check out my Last Minute Magic package. BUT! The reason I don’t call this a “day of coordination” package is because the work begins 1 month prior to your wedding. In that month leading up to your wedding, I learn about all of the details you’ve planned for the big day, take over vendor communication, create your timeline and much more.

Ooo the fun stuff! This is some of the most fulfilling work that I do.
The design process begins with connecting with you about your style, preferences, and colors. If you’re not sure what your style is yet, I’ll help you! I have a style guide and questionnaire to help inform the process.
From there, we will create a mood board with color palette and inspiration images for each moment throughout your wedding. I will also assist with the sourcing of the vendors and items to make it happen.
This design process will help guide every decision we make creating the end result to be a cohesive, styled event.

That’s my job! Whether you are a Last Minute Magic or Year of ‘Yes’ client— I will create your wedding day timeline. I gather all the information for what moments will go into the day, coordinate with all your vendors including the timing of catering at the venue and key moments for the photographer, videographer and MC to be aware of and create a personalized, flawless timeline. This will ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, includes every important moment— allowing you to be truly present and enjoy the day you worked so hard to create.

Yes! Regardless of what package you book, I will handle communication with each and every one of your vendors (and help you find the ones you haven’t booked yet!). We will ensure that all of your vendors are aware of and aligned on all the details and timing for the event.
